About The Owner

I started Cheerful Notaries LLC because when I needed a notary the most, they were not available. This notary was located near my job so I went to that person and asked if they were available. The assistant said no and told me to come back. This happened a total of 3 times. Finally, after the 3rd time, the assistant said, "I don't think he will have the time today.". The document that I had, needed to be notarized by 5 pm so I had to find another notary. I ended up turning in the document late, which could have been avoided if the notary was upfront and told me that he was not available.

Experiencing this, I decided to become a notary and I vowed to help my clients in their time of need.

Background of the Owner

I was born in the British Virgin Islands to Jamaican parents. My mother raised me in New York for a majority of my childhood. After some financial issues, my family decided to move to Georgia in 2015. It was a big change for me, especially the bi-polar weather that Georgia likes to have at times. In my later years, I graduated Georgia Gwinnett College with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrated in Business Management.
